4. Billing and Payments
Fees for the Services are described on our Pricing page. Payments are due in accordance with the billing terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Adminify and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adminify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
